Spicy Fried Tuna with Potato


Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

1 can Christa Tuna Kompoeng Fried Rice Sauce
2 potatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cloves shallot, chopped
3 bay leaves
1 inch piece galangal
2 red chili, sliced
250 ml coconut milk
Salt, sugar, and pepper to taste
Cooking oil

 

Method:

  1. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant, add bay leaves, galangal, red chili, coconut milk and a little bit of water. Mix well.
  2. Add potatoes and tuna. Add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook with low heat until seasonings well-absorbed.
  4. Serve with warm rice.
